LJ Artisan Designs is dedicated to offering beautiful and unique jewelry designs along with an an exceptional buying experience. We hand select natural gemstones and quality metals to provide you with unique, durable, and wearable pieces of art. 

SHIPPING 

Please allow 7 days for your order to be made and shipped, although many times, orders will be shipped earlier. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. Is this a rush order? Contact us and let's work together to get your jewelry to you as soon as possible! Additional costs may apply.

We ship via USPS 1st Class Mail from Denton, TX and will provide a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit minus the cost of shipping. Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned anytime until January 15th of the following year. Please contact us first to request a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are not accepted without prior approval by LJ Artisan Designs. 

SECURITY

This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
