I'm a forward-thinking person. As soon as I check the box on a task (Am I the only one who LOVES to check that box? 😂), I am moving on to the next task...

Except at this time of the year.

One of my favorite things to do as I turn the calendar page over to a new year is to spend some time looking at how much money we have given to help the most vulnerable in our community.

And when I say "money", what I really mean is FOOD, SHELTER, THERAPY, RESOURCES, COMMUNITY, LIFE (among other things).

10% of every LJ Artisan Designs sale goes directly to a different local nonprofit organization that is working hard to help people in need. These organizations are helping women and children escape domestic abuse situations. They are helping to feed people who are hungry. They are helping survivors of sex trafficking and helping women and families dealing with crisis pregnancies. They are helping people find jobs, live a more stable life, and have hope. They are doing all of these things and more.

And so, thanks to YOU, I am proud to announce that in 2023, we donated over $38,000 to local nonprofit organizations!! 

When I first started donating a portion of my sales proceeds, I dreamed of making an impact like this and I am humbled to see how far we've come.

In September 2024, LJ Artisan Designs will celebrate 10 years in business! I can't wait to see what's next 🎉
