Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Hi! I’m Courtney Jaimes and I have been married to my husband, Nacho (yes, just like the food - it’s a nickname for Ignacio) for 9 years and we have 3 awesome kids-John (8), Emma (6), and Ethan (2). I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and work full-time as the Associate Director of Counseling and Advising at North Central Texas College. I volunteer as part of WATCH (Wellness Alliance for Total Children’s Health) of Denton County, and just recently was nominated to the Board of Directors for NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) North Texas.
I love to spend time with my family, read, and nap. I also love helping people, whether directly or indirectly, which is why I LOVE that Leah donates a portion of her sales to charity every month! ❤️
What does your perfect day look like?
The perfect day is one where I can have a fun, relaxed day with my family, laughing together and enjoying each other’s company.
What are you watching or reading right now?
Our tv is mainly occupied by children’s shows..... But I read lots of things at one time....and hope that I finish something. I am currently studying for my Perinatal Mental Health Certification Exam and reading Living True, 40 Days to Get Back to You by Christy Wright.

What are your favorite LJ items?
Omgosh! I have soooo many pieces and I don’t think I can pick a favorite! I think I have been a Style Box member since almost the time Leah started them! Some of my favorite pieces are a ring I got from one of the One of a Kind sales, the keshi pearl earrings and necklace, also from a One of a Kind sale, and my wear anywhere and everywhere Krista earrings. ❤️ And I love, love, LOVE being a Style Box by LJ member because it’s like getting a gorgeous gift in the mail every month. I get so excited opening the boxes and finding my surprises inside that Leah made just for me!
